| How to listen and/or download the Radio Closing Market Comments? |

- Listen to the broadcast by clicking the Listen link below. In order to listen to the broadcast you must have a media play such as Windows Media Player (click here to download) or QuickTime (click here to download) installed.
- Download the broadcast by right clicking the Listen link below and selecting "Save Target as..." or "Save Link as..."

| What is tMarkets? |

tMarkets is a text messaging service provided by Frontier Ag, Inc. for receiving market updates. Have Futures and/or Cash Bids sent to you in a text message at opening, midday, and closing each day. If you would like to sign up please click on “tMarkets”. In addition to the text messaging service receive Cash Bids at opening, midday, and closing via email. Also be sure to check the box next to our weekly eBulletin that is published each Monday morning. |

| What cost are associated with tMarkets? |

Frontier Ag Inc will not be charging for this service, it is free! However depending on your cell phone service provider, text messaging rates may apply and users will need to check with their provider and see about the charges that may apply. |

Frontier Ag Inc offers members the option of receiving their statements by email rather than in paper form. No more waiting for the mail. Our goal is to provide you with an easy and convenient way to receive your Frontier Ag Inc statements. Click here for more information. |

Frontier Ag Statements are processed on or around the 25th of each month. eStatements are typically sent out within 2-3 days after processing is complete. As an eStatement subscriber you will want to watch your inbox for our statement during this time frame. The subject line will read “Your Statement From Frontier Ag” and will be from CustomerService@frontieraginc.com |

| If I am enrolled in eStatements will I still get a paper statement in the mail? |

No, your statement will come directly to your email inbox. |

| I did not get my eStatement…why? |

Possible Reasons for not getting your eStatement |

1. Your Inbox is Full. |
| |
2. Your eStatement is stuck in your Spam Filter and needs to be added to White or Accepted list. |

3. The ISP provider is having network difficulties. |
| |

| I can’t open the eStatement attachment...why? |
| |
Our eStatments are attached in a PDF format. In order to open them Adobe Reader is required to be installed. Adobe Reader is free and can be downloaded from the web at http://get.adobe.com/reader/. |
